How do you ensure the freshness of the produce during shipping?
All orders are harvested to order and shipped in temperature-controlled, recyclable insulated packaging with non-toxic gel packs to maintain peak freshness from our farm to your doorstep.
Where does Blackbird Farms source its products?
We grow the majority of our produce directly on our sustainable farm. For specialty items we don't grow ourselves, we partner exclusively with local, certified organic growers who share our commitment to soil health.
What is your policy on returns for perishable items?
Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Yes, we offer weekly and bi-weekly seasonal harvest boxes. Subscribing allows you to save 10% on every order and gives you first priority on limited-run seasonal crops.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed by Sunday at midnight are harvested on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Depending on your location, you can expect your delivery between Wednesday and Friday.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use 100% compostable liners and recyclable cardboard boxes. Our goal is to provide high-quality food with minimal environmental impact.
